March 8-14 - Edmonton - Week 11

Back in Canada with a plan to stay for a while.

I am now spending more focused time in the The Business to get a few things launched quicker.

So I'm in the Edmonton region for a while now and so if anybody's in this area wants to hang out just hit me up!!

It's good to be back and have a plan, especially where I haven't had "a plan".

For a while there my plan was just to kind of see what comes, live life freely, free from structure

So it'll be interesting to switch gears a little bit to be in this new more structured space again.

I'm house sitting for a friend so I'm actually in Spruce Grove for March which is great. Very close to my mama. I can see her whenever.

The things I miss about being away is that the outside world is just a bit more Visually Exciting! I find that I get a bit bored faster, ( and not because this area is not beautiful or anything!!) but I think it's just so familiar that I've seen it and my brain doesn't process it as new or exciting or anything like that.

And so perhaps I just need to go explore other areas around so that I can see it.

More exciting things here but I've started running again trying to get back to my 2021 era where I was running all the time (because there was nothing else to do during Covid) and I felt very "GOOD"  at running.  Not overly fast or good in that sense, but more like it just was EASY to go for a long run ...so working my way back up.

We'll see what happens.

And another thing I really miss is the street food. It was just so fresh and so inexpensive and I didn't have to buy groceries or cook. Two things which I'm not a super big fan of.

So if anybody wants to buy me groceries and cook for me and keep it really cheap so I don't spend all my savings on food here.... That would be amazing.

Speaking of Food.  Here's some food pictures of some of the best meals I had by request while away cuz pictures of this week are scarce .

Other pics from this week..... wellll.....Actually I looked and I didn't actually really take any because like I said it was just a lot of days at the office.

Everything's very familiar and there is nothing apparently that I found picture worthy so I will make a point of taking more pictures. Looking around and seeing what I can find beauty in.

Spoiler alert, its not the grey drab sky or the dirty snow ditches.  Spring is close though. so flowers are coming!!

see you next week

Missing the beach and the Humidity Curls.
